Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver throughout South Africa. International delivery is available on request — contact us for a quote.

2. Delivery methods

• Collection from our premises, by arrangement.
• Courier for smaller items, typically delivered within 2–5 business days from despatch.
• Freight for larger items — we'll quote on a case-by-case basis.

3. Lead times

Lead times are confirmed on each quote. Stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items take longer; we'll tell you when we quote.

4. Damage on delivery

Please inspect goods on delivery. If anything is damaged, note it on the courier's paperwork and contact us within 7 days at info@good-earth.local.
